Internet Explorer Error Message- Won't Start

Hey all:

I've been having problems with spyware (virtual bouncer) which I removed via
Adaware. Then, a tech at work recommended I download an anti-spy program
such as yahoo's new toolbar. Well, I did so, but towards the end of the
download, I got one of those "MS IE has encountered an error and must close."
Now I get that message whenever I try to get into IE- so I can't access the
'net at all. I had to come to work to check out these boards. Please help!

Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Pleas have a look at the
info. in Help and Support about System Restore beforehand.
