Everytime I start Internet Explorer a program called Replacer.exe starts up and comsumes 95+% of my CPU. I can terminate the process through Task Manager, but the process starts again everytime I start Internet Explorer. I have found the executable and deleted it, but it comes back after restaring IE. I have run several Spyware programs (Spyhunter, Spyware Doctor, Spy Sweeper and eTrust EZ Antivirus) that did not find the problem.

Any suggestions on fixing this problem would be appreciated.
