Very ambiguous statement, 'won't do anything'. How do you
know you're hooked up? Do you get a Home Page, blank
screen, can't go to another URL or what? Have you tried to
repair IE? [start/settings/control panel/["select ie
6"]/add-remove. The next panel should allow you
to "repair".
