Internet explorer 6

Yesterday, I noticed that IE 6 starts to load a page.
Freezes for abot 15-20 seconds. Then it loads correctly.
when I switch to a new page the same thing happens again.
i have rebooted. Defragged the hard drive. Run Adware 6 and
spybot. Reinstalled Norton Firewall and antivirus.. Any
other suggestions are appreciated.

This is just a thought, it removes quite a few IE6 problems:-
Tools/options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete file, select delete all offline
content & press OK.

Here is where I went as recommended by this group and it fixed my IE 6 SP1 hanging on every page. Mine just started two days ago, don't know why. http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/reg/DisableIEExtensions.reg
