Internet Explorer 6 Printing Problems

I'm getting the following errors.

1. When you click on print preview:

There was an internal error, and Internet Explorer is
unable to print this document.

2. When you click on print:

An error has occurred in the script of this page.

Char: 1
Error: Invalid procedure call or argument
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

What is the problem and how can it be fixed?

Copy/paste the following line into your IE browser's Addressbar, click GO,
then copy/paste the results into your reply:

javascript:navigator.appMinorVersion

Meanwhile, try reinstalling 5.6 Scripting Engine from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp
(choose the Win2K version for WinXP).

We usually only see this error when attempting to print an OE message. A
little history of this error and attempts made to correct it:
http://snurl.com/25r9. Our best guess is that the error is the result of
having one's anti-virus application and other running processes open when
installing IE/OE updates and patches.
