When I open a window, it is a small window and to enlarge it to full view, I
must go up to the top right, and click on the square box next to the "X"
button. This will enlarge it, but when I shut it down and re-enter the site,
the small window appears and I have to enlarge it again.

How do I re set this so the "regular" size screen will open automatically.

The next time you open do NOT click the maximize window

Instead, grab the bottom corner and DRAG the window to full size

Close IE and reopen... window should open full size
