internet explorer 6.0 sp1

I keep having a reacurring problem with internet
explorer. More times then not when I click on go to go to
another page explorer keeps reloading the same page I have
to close internet explorer to get it to go to the page I
want.. Any solutions

I just made an upgrade from IE5.5 to IE6.0. Now I have a problem, that I. E.
is not working with any HTML tag:
e.g.<META http-equiv="Refresh" content="0;URL=/....">
Answer: I found it.
In the IE-Options->security, I had to allow "META REFRESH".
