i can't print off any web page or any email. this is a
recent problem---I keep getting Internet explorer script

Is it a "sudden" new problem or an ongoing one?

If the latter, re-register all of the DLLs in this KB article:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679

If the former, it's probably being caused by spyware.

Dealing with Unwanted Spyware
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

These days most of us are recommending HijackThis: Post your files to the
forum mentioned on the above page. Some of these bad guys have started
blocking users access to AdAware's and other's pages! More on this at
http://www.spywareinfo.net/sep16,2003.

If you cannot access the page to download HijackThis, use this link:
http://216.180.252.218/~spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/hijackthis.zip

If you find you need CoolWebSearch Shredder, use this link:
http://216.180.252.218/~spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/cwshredder.zip
(30 Sept-03: 1.21 is the latest version. Get a fresh copy of CWS Shredder
before each use.)

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on do both once-a-day.

Does this also apply to Script Errors with Line: 93, Char:
1, Error: Access is denied, Code: 0,
URL:res://c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

Thanks!

Yes.

You may be able to clear the problem temporarily via IE Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced>Browsing>Enable third-party browser extensions (uncheck &
reboot), but then proceed to nailing the hijacker.
