Internet diconnects

I use a DSL connection. Since I installed the NaitSpyware
(and not before), I get discooncted from the Internet
after some use. I can usually reconnect with a "retry".
However, after several disconnct event, I could not
reconnect. I worked with my ISP and found that deleting
the Internet Explorer temp tiles and cookies allowed me
reconncet! Any comment? Thanks.
