Internet connection

Unable to connect to the internet. The event viewer
provides this error message in the Event
Viewer, "Faulting Application spoolsv.exe, version
5.1.2600.0, fault module ntdll.dll.version 5.1.2600.1106,
fault address 0x000laa5f.

It is weird if I could connect to the internet this event
view message would be sent directly to Microsoft but
because I can't connect, I can't get the fix for this
issue preventing my connection to the Web.

Thanks for anyone who can help.

How about some USEFUL information instead of some cryptic Event Viewer
entry.
What type of Internet connection exactly?
Dial-UP? DSL? Cable? Ethernet? USB?
Is there a router involved?
Do you have an Anti Virus program installed?
Do you have a third-party Firewall program installed?
Is the XP ICF enabled?
Have you ever scanned for spyware with an Anti Spyware program?
When did your Internet connection stop working?
Do you remember adding new hardware or software just before the issue arose?
What EXACTLY happens when you try to connect to the Internet?
XP Home or Pro? What version (such as 2002 Service Pack 1)?
In Device Manager, do you have any error symbols on Modems or Network
Adapters?
