internet connection

I am able to connect to the internet on one administrator account but on
other administrator accounts or limited user accounts I cannot. Get create
socket error
on troubled accounts - have tried netsh winsock reset to no avail. Any ideas
 
Go to the drive you want to have details listed click on view then select
details and then click on tools then folder options and then hit the apply to
all folders button and that should do it.
