Internet connection slow ever since Spyware attack

Hi

Recently my system (WinXPpro running on FAT32) is being
attacked by spyware. I've since uninstall it, but now my
internet connection is 'unstable'.

When I play Hearts online, it'll very slow and sometimes
even loss connection. At first I thought it's the
ZoneAlarm causing the problem, but I've since uninstall
it, and the problem still there.

I'm using ADSL modem.

Pls help. ;>

Have you run any of the tools that are mentioned
everyday in these forums, such as ad-aware 6,
spybot search and destroy and a full virus scan?
