Hi, all,

What type of restriction ICF applies? If I run a STUN client on the XP
machine with public IP and ICF running it says it is OPEN INTERNET. And when
run on the Win200 machine with local IP connected to the XP machine with
public IP and ICF running it says FULL CONE NAT. This means that ICF lets in
all packets to some port if previously I have sent something outside from
this port without any importance of the remote IP. For example I send from
port P to remote IP A1 and then ICF lets in a packet from remote IP A2 != A1
to port P. Is that right?

Thank you.

My memory is hazy but I think this is correct for UDP but not for TCP.

Thank you, Ken. Yes, I was talking about UDP.
