Internet Access

I am using norton internet security and have accidently allowed a program
internet access. the outbound address 66.220.17.154 is a search site. I
cannot find this in my firewall config programs to remove it. Can anybody
advise me on how to stop this from accessing the internet...Thankyou

Add it manually to the blocked programs or you can Browse for it if it on
your desktop or in another folder.
