A network sharing a dsl line connection.
2 PCs running XP Pro. and 1 running 2000 Pro

Problem:

Every time the 2000 PC is on, the internet access slows
down in all PCs.
Takes too long to open a website

When The 2000 PC is off, the internet access is normal
(fast).
 
Run Network Monitor and scan network traffic that's going to Internet then
2000 PC is on, and off.
