Internet Access of Windows Services

Why do services such as Generic Host Processor, Services and Controller
and Spooler Subsystem need access (according to alerts in my under Zone
Alarm Pro) to the Trusted and the Internet zones in both the "Access"
and the "Server" modes?

Don't give them Server access in the Internet Zone...
