Internet Access Blocking for certain user group

Hi,

I want to block internet access for certain user group under Windows XP
Home, Pro, 2000. Is this feature avaible under Windows? or is there any
software can do this?

Click Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > select the
connection > click LAN Setting > Advanced > uncheck Allow other network
users to connect through this computer's Internet connection.

This is really a Windows XP / 2000 Professional issue, please post to the
appropriate group
