Internal interface non-operational

Hello
I'm trying to set-up VPN-connection through ISA-server 2004.
On a testserver it works, but not on our production server.

In RRAS-management I see that the Internal interface (IP-Routing General) is
Non-operational, no IP-address, status unknown.

How can I fix this ?

PS. Any change to set RRAS in it's initial non configured state ?

Try running a client from the server itself. The client should have no
problem connecting, and the internal interface will also go up at the
same time.

Once a client is connected to the RAS server the internal interface becomes
operational. Is the internal interface for RAS server not coming up even
after making a connection to the RAS server?
