Our office uses outlook 2002 on exchange 2000 server.
We want to create an inbox for external email, and another
one for internal. Other than using the rules wizard to
do this, does anyone know a better way?

Dave.

Define internal and external - are they all coming in from the exchange
server or do you have a pop account in your profile?
If you have a pop account, you'll need to create a new pst (file, new,
outlook data store) and a rule to move all messages sent to the account
to the pst. Or use two profiles, one for exchange and one for pop.

We use exchange for both internal office, and
external, outside of the office.

You'll need to use rules to move the messages.
