No idea, but it does not appear to be related to Microsoft Access - the
database application that is the topic of this newsgroup.
Have you tried searching the Internet for that error? Have you tried using
the help features in your "spy sw" package? Have you tried looking for a
customer support option in the website for "spy sw"?
