Internal Error 413

On my Thinkpad when XP SP2 reaches the end of its loading process the last
thing I get is an error box entitled "Internal Error 413" followed by the
following cryptic
message:

Could not create instance of mRouter Access Point. Restart the computer.
If the problem persists, please re-install.

My questions:
1. What program generates this error message?
2. What could not create instance of mRouter Access Point and what is an
mRouter Access Point?
3. What program am I supposed to re-install?

The error box reappears on every re-boot whether I have a wireless access
turned on or not. I thought maybe the message has something to do with my
Belkin wireless router but this does not appear to be the case.

Any help would be appreciated as all IBM will say is "re-install the
operating system" which I would prefer to not have to do unless absolutely
necessary.

I have been able to identify the source of this error.

I did this by using a free utility called StartUp Cop which enables you to
save the list of Start up programs you use at any given point in time.
MSCONFIG allows you to enable or disable start up items but as far as I know
does not allow you to save a given configuration.

Fortunately, I had saved a known given configuration in StartUp Cop dating
back to last year. When I used that configuration – as with Windows Safe
Boot – there was no error message. I then compared the good configuration
with the one that caused the error message to determine which start up items
had been added or deleted. Then I enabled the ones that had been added after
the known good configuration until I found the one that produced the error
message.

The program that produced the error message was audevicemgr.exe from Sony
Ericsson mobile phone connectivity. I have not re-installed it yet but
disabling it gets rid of the error message at Windows startup.

In conclusion, I feel:

All error messages such as “internal Error 413†should have a more detailed
explanation or link to a more detailed explanation. The more detailed
explanation should identify which program might have caused the error message
to occur and should be more helpful when making statements such as
“re-install the program†(which program?) or “mRouter Access point†(there
is no explanation anywhere I can find as to what an mRouter access point is).
