Intermittant NumLock changes in my Excel 2007 VBA macro code

I do not use Sendkeys "{NUMLOCK}" in my code, but the NumLock key switches
off intermittantly. Help.
 
You might want to ask about this on an Excel forum. This discussion group is for Outlook.
