interface not registered

Hi,

In MS outlook 2003, when i compose message, click send, it show message
"interface not registered" and do nothing.
How can i solve it?
Any one helop me??

Close Outlook and got to

Start | Run

an type there "Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll" (without "")
and press the OK button.
