Intercepting Authentication

Hello All,

I have a proxy server which trigger authentication of domain user. Is
there anything at the Active Directory that i can do to intercept the
process so that i can stop/disable/drop the authentication for specific
group of users? Due to some constraint i could not change the proxy
server authentication or security settings.

Your quick response will be highly appreciated.
