Interactive User Logon

I get a messasge after setting up a User on Server 2003,
and trying to log them on to an XP Pro machine. " The
local policy of this system does not permit you to Logon
interactively". And when as admin, I try to add them to
the list of those who can logon locally the ADD option is
ghosted. Any Clues?

The policy is being set from Active Directory in some GPO.

E2k plugs into AD heavily, but this policy over
local workstation behavior is not likely of any
concern to E2k. It is set in some GPO that is
applied to the machine.
