interactive training missing when reinstalled xp pro

i d/l'd some updates from microsoft & my computer kept going to restart over
& over & over. needless to say i had to reinstall my operating system. i
noticed the step by astep interactive training was missing when you click
start, all programs. it's not in the help & support either like it use to be.
how can i get this back? any help is appreciated. tia, goldy
