Is there a way to create tables in PowerPoint with formulas, so they are
responsive like an Excel table?

If you don't need to edit them in slide show view, then
insert->object->Microsoft Excel Worksheet

However, if you want to edit them during a slide show,
View Toolbars + Control Toolbox. Click what should be the last icon
"More Tools". Choose Microsoft Office Spreadsheet and draw it to the
size you want on the PPT page. Now go to Slide Show and edit it just
like you would an Excel spreadsheet.
