Interactive Logon Priviledge error

I have installed Terminal Services on a W2K Server and I
am able to Term Serv to this server being a domain admin.
I am trying to allow another user the ability to Term Serv
by adding them to the local administrators group. The
problem is when the try to Term Serv and login they are
getting "Your Interactive Logon Priviledge has been
disabled".

First of all: don't make users Administrators only to enable them to
use TS! You will end up with a complete mess on your TS.
What you need to do is to give your users the right to "Log on
Locally".
You do this in a Group Policy under Security Settings\Local Policies
\User Rights Assignment\Log On Locally.
If the TS is a member server, modify the Default Local Security
Policy.
If the TS is also a Domain Controller (not recommended!), you will
have to modify the Default Domain Controller Security Policy.
