Interactive logon message question

Ron

I've implemented a legal notice through group policies
that appears prior to the login screen using the "Message
text for users attempting to log on" section under
Security Settings. My problem is that it seems to
override the screensaver. Does anyone know of a tweak
that will restore the screensaver or randomize the text
box location every so often?

How interesting, Ron. Never realized that could or would happen. It could
depends on a few registry settings. At this point, I would suggest trial
and error, if you are interested in troubleshooting it. If not, make a post
here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;114491

If you are wanting me to submit this for you (via other channels), please
provide the needed details and I will do so. Good luck either way and keep
us posted.)

I'm going to take a stab in the dark here and say you don't require users to
press CTRL+ALT+DEL to logon.. try implementing that in your group policy and
watch the screen saver come to life.
