intele core duo Mobo

after being told to scrap my cheap mobo as it cud ruin a systm iv been looking at more expensive options
here is what iv found so far on www.ebuyer.com. i still want to keep this mobo price conscious but i understand there is no point skimping if it will ruin my systm. Im looking to run a 6300 or 6400 or 6600
