Integrate custom Help in Office 2003

Hi ,

I am implementing ISmartdocument solution using managed
code.
My questions are:
a) How to add a chm to an office 2003 word(integrated with
its help contents)
b) How to programmatically show up a particular content
based on the context node the cursor is in...
(PopulateHelpContent is not relevant here since i need to
show up chm)

I am stuck figuring out solution for this since past 2
days...please let me know if you have any pointers.
