Insufficient previllages for looking the IpADDRESS

hi, i got some problem with XP Professional, I right clicked on My Network
Places and clicked on properies then right click on Local Area Connection
then it gives error message like this " in suficient previllages........."
BUTi loged in as administrator, why its comming like this pls tell me any
body knows....
i loged in as administrator.
pls any one Help me.

Hi Ramana,

Standard admins have the privilege to look at those settings. Therefore your
administrator privileges are not normal.
You may have a virus/malware problem?
