insufficient memory

When I copy from an online document and paste to word, I
sometimes get a message regarding Insufficient Memory.
What can I do?

Hi Jack

Ummm, get more memory for your machine?

Failing that, try (a) copying parts of the document rather than the whole
thing or (b) when you go to paste into Word, choose Edit > Paste Special
and try out different options there.
