Insufficent memory

I am trying to cut/copy and paste in an existing Word document but I keep
getting an error message saying that I have insufficent memory. How can I
resolve this please?

Version of Word? What kinds of things are you trying to cut/copy/paste?

Have you tried closing, then restarting Word?

You should also try deleting (after re-starting Windows) all *.tmp and files
that begin with ~ in the folders where you save your Word documents.

Thank you. I have deleted a number of files and rebooted. Everything seems to
