Instruction for address book does not tell me where to go. Word o.

I am trying to create an address book in outlook. The instructions are tools
menu, click envelopes and Labels.On envelopes tab clieck address book Icon.
In the Select name dialog box click th select Personal Address Book in Show
Names from the box. Do I do this in word. Where do I find the address book
icon.
I am using Microsoft Office Professional.
