InstallState file left after an uninstall

Hi,

I have got a deployment project that contains a custom action.

The custom action gets called and does it's stuff as expected during
install. Because I'm using a custom action a
<assemblyname>.InstallState file gets created as well.

After doing an uninstall from CntlPnl->Add/Remove Progs the generated
file is still there!

Does anyone know how I can get rid of it? I have even tried deleting
it manually but it won't go!!
