InstallShield error

When trying to install some software, I have been getting an error message
that states: " InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.
Class not registered.
Can anyone help me on this?

Hi,

You didn't write which InstallShield version is created that software but
try to change the name of C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield
folder.
