Installing XPE on a PC

I have downloaded the XPe Sp2 eval, I would like to know how can I
install this on my PC ( x86 Pentium 4 ).

Install the tools or create an image?

Create an iamge I guess. This PC does not have any OS as such, I want
clean XPe on it.
