installing wizard interrupted message

I get an error message saying that the wizard was
interrupted before the software could be instatlled. I
have windows 2000 and enough space. What's the probem?
 
Do you have up-to-date antivirus protection installed? Have you done a full
scan with the antivirus in the last week or so?
