Installing Software

I am trynig to install Easy CD/DVD Creator 6 (Basic) and during the installation I get the message "Error 1311.Source file not found; D:\Data.Cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it". The file does exist on the installation disc and I can manually access it using Winzip.The retailer has changed my disc in case it was corrupted but the new one is just the same so I assume it is a system failure. Please help

Have you tried copying the file's to the hard drive and running setup from
there?

Hiya I am having the same problem. Do you think you can send me th
data.cab file? I think I have messed things up. I went into edit an
click ed save as, anyway I think I messed up the actual file. contac
on (e-mail address removed).

I have been told many ideas to get this error to work. but the mos
popular one is to copy thr whole CD to a temp folder and instal it fro
there. Try that.

Actually, think the Data.cab is way too big.
