Installing plugin on other computers...

Hello,
I have a test version ready to go and I'm trying to get it set up on another
computer. I installed the dotnetfx .NET redistributable package on the target
computer and then I ran the Setup.exe taken from the project folder, and it
seemed to install fine, except that it didn't. I can't see the button that
should be on the CommandBar.
What do I need to do?
