Installing Paradox 7.0 on Windows 2000

I'm getting the following error when I try to install this:

Internal Error: -4
You need at least 1144KB to copy the installation files to
C:\DOCUME~1\LOCALS~1\Temp. Free some space or set the TEMP
environment variable to another drive. Unable to start
installation.


Suggestions anyone?

Did you ever received any answer to your question of 2003!
Or at least, have you found the solution to the problem?
I fell on the same one recently.
