installing OWA failure

When I try to install OWA.I get the following errors
Outlook Web Access failed t install properly
The system cannot find the file specified. id no
0XC0020002
Note I've reapplied NT 4.0 SP6a and Exchange 5.5 SP4
Any suggestions
 
Try an Exchange server NG but provide more detail as to what you've
done....there's no installation on the client side, so I presume you're
talking about trying to install OWA from the Exchange CD on the server.
