installing Office XP Pro on Windows XP Pro

when installing Office XP Pro with Front Page on Windows
XP Pro, error 1305 appears: Setup canot read file
C:\ProgramFiles\MicrosoftOffice\office10\clippit.acs.
Anybody have any clues?
