Dear people: I upgrade from windows 98 se to wind xp, could i still install
my microsoft office 2000 professional on my new computer, and if so....how do
i do it?
My laptop came from factory installed XP Home Eddition.

Yes.

Insert the Office Pro CD and follow the prompts.

Actually if you do a Windows Upgrade installation and Office is
already installed, you don't need to do anything at all.
