Installing .NET Framework 1.1

I have installed .NET Framework 1.1 but the about box from Visual
Studio .NET IDE still shows that I am using previous version of the
framework. Is there anything I need to do after running dotnetfix.exe
1.1.4322.573.

To use the .NET Framework v1.1, you'll need to upgrade your Visual Studio
..NET to 2003. 2002 works with .NET Framework v1.0 only.
