Installing MySQL

I have downloaded MySql 5.0 and it is currently in my downloads folder. Can
someone tell me if this should be installed in Inetpub or ?? I want to be
able to use this in conjunction with IIS.
 
Not related to FrontPage. Try a SQL newsgroup.
