Installing Lexmark all in one printer to win2000

I keep getting a message that says that the printer
drivers are not installed. I've went to windows update &
also to the lexmark web site with no results. Can someone
please help!!!!!

It's a Lexmark. Disconnect the printer from the PC. Do a complete
uninstall as per Bruce Sanderson's website....

Then go to the Lexmark website and download and install the new drivers. Do
NOT reconnect the printer to the PC until the software tells you to so.
