Installing IIS Vista Ultimate

I am attempting to install IIS on my laptop so I can run Microsoft VMWare
Server. I go to the 'Turn Windows Features on or off' and the box is empty!
What gives?????

How long did you wait? It could take a while to fill in.

The feature you seek is available in Ultimate as you indicate you have in
the subject line.

Go to Control Panel>Add and remove windows Features
