Installing FTP

I have been having a problem trying to install ftp. I am
running on XP Pro. I keep getting the following message:
"The application has failled to run because wsftp32.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix
this".
I downloaded wsftp32.dll from the internet but still it
is not being seen by the system. What do I do??

FTP services are integrated in Internet Explorer. If you are having trouble
with a third party FTP program, perhaps trying a reinstall would repair the
problem?
